Seeleys Respite Centre Beaconsfield
Our respite service is provided at Seeleys House in Beaconsfield. This is a twelve bed unit providing short stay accommodation for adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities. The service offers high quality short break services, providing a positive experiences for people with a learning disability and offer a real break for carers.
The service is open every day and offers care and support to adults aged eighteen and over, with a structured programme of activities operating during the day and evening hours.
We are able to provide services to:
- People with learning disabilities who are aged 18+ living at home with their family carers
- People with learning disabilities who are aged 18+ who have been assessed by the Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) as in need of crisis or emergency accommodation
- Young people with learning disabilities who are in transition to adult services
The service does not provide nursing care.
This service is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
